Under the glow of a bloodied moon and the cold, wet feet of a decaying pine, life bursts forth from the heat of death. Yet, the moment is fleeting as the white-capped stems will soon turn dark and inky as they melt back into the soil. The veil will be lifted and the moon will shine again, bright and blue as ever. But, for now, an ethereal web of tiny white tendrils twist and tunnel their way through the earth while their fleshy fruit reach up into the red, uncommon night.
